The above chart shows the states with the highest budget for 2025 in Nigeria. Lagos State leads with its N3.37 trillion "Budget of Sustainability," a 32.55% increase from 2024. Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu focuses on sustainable growth across various sectors.

Niger State follows with N1.5 trillion for its "Budget of Hope for Sustainability and Food Security," reflecting a 95.43% increase. Governor Umaru Bago plans to focus on economic stability and food security.
