Every politician all over the world has the same mentality to ride roughshod over the people. The tendency to be ruthless is in the nature of power holders, who are also power mongers. But what makes the difference between what goes on in the United States of America, for instance, and here in Nigeria, is the sanctity and efficacy of the rule of law.
